Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AZPEX AUDIO collects, why it is used and which services process it. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect

Your email address, if you choose to join the mailing list or contact us.
Order and billing details you enter at checkout, which are handled by our payments provider, not stored by us.
Basic, privacy-friendly usage data (such as page views) so we can understand what is popular and improve the site.
If you submit a product review, the name or artist tag you enter, the star rating you pick, the review text you write, and which product the review is for.

How we use it

To deliver the products you download and send you the confirmation and download links.
To reply to your messages and support requests.
To read, moderate and, once approved, publish your review on that product's page. A published review shows the name or tag you gave us, your rating and your review text.
To send occasional updates about new free releases, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe any time.
To keep the site secure and running well.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services to operate: Gumroad for payments and order delivery, Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery, and an email provider for the mailing list. Each processes only what it needs to do its job, under its own privacy policy. We never sell your personal information to anyone.

Product reviews are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that forwards each submission to us by email. When you submit a review, Web3Forms processes the name or artist tag you entered, the star rating, the review text and the name of the product being reviewed, so that it can pass them on to us. Web3Forms acts only as the delivery step, under its own privacy policy. We do not send it your email address, and reviews are never used for advertising.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed to function and to measure traffic in an aggregate way. We do not use advertising trackers or sell cookie data.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. To make a request, just get in touch.
